Syndication is an attractive investment concept that provides a number of significant advantages over the purchase of a property through the usual whole ownership purchases with cash or mortgage. We have found that many investors want the security of being able to identify where their money is actually invested whilst avoiding the responsibility of property ownership.

Syndicated investment allows for a group of investors to pool funds together to buy a quality investment that they would not normally have access to or maybe not even afford Minimum investment sums can be set which in turn allows a wider market investment profile i.e. £5000 that in turn still allows for the yield return.

Many of our syndicates are SIPP compliant which allows for both private funds of individuals and SIPP monies to be invested together. All our syndicates are fully managed once established for a real hands off investment.
